Roles & Responsibilities:

Be the “face” of eTitle to customers on the phone and in person (40%)

• Communication via email (CS and ENS Care) and phone promptly and proactively. Follow-up and follow through on inquires
• Monitor CS inbox and respond accordingly
• Pricing inquiries that come through
• Front desk responsibilities as needed
• Look for ways to improve our process to provide seamless service to the client.
• Pipeline management used to be a bit of a part of our role but, there isn’t much time for that
• Assisting any clients that come in to the office and have inquiries

Internal Task Management (60%)

• Intake (eTitle Orders/Energy Orders/CS-MI Queue/CS RED queue)
• Investigate outstanding taxes, special assessments, blight invoices, water for files in process
• Responsible for maintaining the DLBA Closing Schedule
• Processing (Delivering completed packages to clients or to eTitle Files)
• Invoicing (Confirming with accounting team of vendor and Client Fees)
• Deliver Title Queue (Delivered commitments to some of our clients)
• Fielding faxes that come in

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Intermediate- advanced knowledge of technology.
• Demonstrates a professional, positive attitude and productive work ethic.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at a fast pace.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to work to tight deadlines.
